The interdisciplinary character of these programs is ensured by engaging specialists from various university faculties, other higher education and research institutions, and guest professors from the United States.

The Center serves as a documentation and research hub, closely collaborating with the Romanian-U.S. Fulbright Commission and the Romanian Association for American Studies to establish exchanges with American Studies programs in the U.S. and Europe, organize academic events, and publish research outputs.

Beneficiaries include students from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures and the Faculty of Letters; Master’s and doctoral students; researchers in American Studies; and secondary school teachers involved in projects exploring American culture, society, and literature in a comparative context with Romanian society.

The Center offers a lending library, access to specialty journals and periodicals, and a reference collection with access to multiple databases. It provides a space for research, debate, and innovation on topics of interest to the academic community and Romanian society.
