Cerin\u021be: <\/strong> Candida\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 de\u021bin\u0103 o diplom\u0103 de licen\u021b\u0103 \u00een orice domeniu. Ace\u0219tia sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 demonstreze buna st\u0103p\u00e2nire a limbii engleze \u00een timpul interviului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procedur\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In July 2026, candidates will take an admission interview.<\/strong> For the interview, the candidates must present their previous research\/study experience (as reflected, for instance, in their BA paper) and indicate future areas of interest to be developed as students in our program,\u00a0 with optional reference to texts from the Admission brochure that you can download by clicking\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0and which contains various ideas for research from various areas pertaining to American cultural studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swiss and European Union candidates must take the same admission exam as Romanian candidates. The steps to follow are 1) inquiry about necessary documents for registration, to be obtained from the Department of International Relations of our university (externe@unibuc.eu<\/a>); 2) registration with the Registrar\u2019s Office of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures\u2014corresponding information to be posted at http:\/\/lls.unibuc.ro\/admitere-master\/<\/a>, usually in early summer. The admission exam consists of an oral interview, held in mid-July and early September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candida\u021bii care nu sunt cet\u0103\u021beni rom\u00e2ni, elve\u021bieni, ai Uniunii Europene sau ai who are not citizens of Romania, Switzerland, the European Union, sau ai Spa\u021biului Economic European states and would like to enroll in the American Studies graduate program at the University of Bucharest should contact the Department of International Relations of our university. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These students pay a yearly fee and they must register for our MA program at the Department of International Relations (please start making inquiries in early June).
